Can’t believe it’s been 4 days since I’ve posted. Can’t believe I’m not in bed right now. (Well, actually I can believe that…each night I tell myself I am going to bed EARLY, and somehow I find myself up until midnight and tired in the morning. Such is life.)
Not much going on this weekend…just trying to catch up some things on my never-ending list.
Here’s some cute pics from the other night. Harrison got a hold of the hose while I was watering some plants and proceeded to get the house and himself drenched. He had so much fun, I couldn’t stop him.
Thought these were cute of Papa G and Harrison on the Duck tour…

I was challenged this weekend by the message from one of our pastors…one of the quotes he used for his message is this:
“The only ultimate disaster that can befall us, I have come to realize, is to feel ourselves at home here on earth.” Malcolm Muggeridge
I have to admit I do feel too comfortable sometimes…truthfully, a lot of the time. I need to change that. The world does not revolve around me. There are hurting people all around, and I need to open my eyes up to them. Sure, I do things to help, but then I go back to my stuff. Not sure what I will do or what it will look like…just writing down some thoughts.
A few more from Kelly’s phone…

Enjoying their morning ‘coffee’ together.
Playing a video game
By the end of the week Harrison was saying “Duuuuutyyyyy” almost all the time, looking for his new buddy, 4 year old Dusty. It was cute. I do wish we could see them all more!
Got back from the Dells this afternoon. Had a great time with Kelly’s family…spent lots of time together, spent lots of time at the waterparks, lots of food, a couple of movies, a duck ride…pictures later. :) We had a great trip!
